The selection of cheeses includes the world-famous fontina and toma di Gressoney, a highly artisanal cheese with an intense mountain aroma.

Next to it is a selection of the best Aosta Valley cured meats:

- boudin, a black pudding prepared with spices and vegetables
- the lardo d'Arnad DOP
- the famous raw ham Jambon de Bosses PDO

The tray is completed by a bowl of chestnuts with honey, whose sweetness enhances the savoury taste of the cold meats and cheeses.
